Founded by Travis Wright, ETL Advisory, LLC is a Maryland-based, consulting firm that helps leaders address underlying causes of organizational obstacles. We specialize in leadership development, organizational strategy, strategic communication. and customer engagement. ETL Advisory helps public, private, and member-based organizations anticipate, respond to, and adapt to dynamic changes in the marketplace to ensure lasting, sustainable value. We combine our own innovative thinking with our clients’ organizational knowledge and expertise to develop solutions that achieve real business results.
Mr. Wright has over 30 years of professional experience that spans the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.

His atypical career arc provides a unique perspective on change management, disruption, and innovation.
Mr. Wright holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from George Washington University, he is a graduate of the Senior Executive Fellows program at Harvard Kennedy School of Government where he also earned a graduate certificate in Public Leadership. Mr. Wright is the author of Making New Mistakes, Leading Through Disruption with a Minimum of Chaos (New Degree Press, 2020) and frequently writes on innovation.
